Nose: Dark syrup, cherry cola, blackcurrants, malt and sugar candy
Taste: Muscovado sugar, maple syrup glazed bacon, dark cherries, honey roasted almonds and cured ham
Finish: Molasses, christmas spices, tannins and dates

Nr 2.

Color: Treacle
Nose: Burnt sugar, raisins, orange zest, black tea and christmas cake
Taste: Tannins, black pepper, oak, dark chocolate and citrus fruits
Finish: Rum raisins, beef stock, sherry and leather
